• Weekly/ monthly site meetings, to review the commissioning program and site progress.
• Production of weekly/monthly site reports.
• Review of commissioning documentation.
• Arrangement of all clients witnessing to all mechanical, electrical and life safety systems (if required).
• Review and comment to all risk assessments and method statements.

Our management packages can range from a monthly day rate charge to full project cost agreed prior to all works being carried out.
